Standard we follow
Our goal is to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for new and updated templates. Older PDFs or embedded third-party maps may not yet reach that bar; we note those exceptions below.
Measures we take
- Semantic landmarks such as header, main, nav, and footer.
- Visible focus styles and keyboard support for menus, tabs, and forms.
- Sufficient colour contrast for core text on supported browsers.
- Motion-reduction support through CSS media queries.
Known limitations
Embedded map providers may expose focus traps or incomplete labels outside our control. Decorative illustrations include alternative text but do not convey data. If a barrier blocks you from completing a task, email us with the page URL and assistive technology combination you use.

Contact support@phrexxonoezle.world or call +1 (888) 383-8320. We typically respond within ten business days with next steps or an estimated timeline for a fix.
Ontario and federal feedback channels
If you live in Ontario and believe you have experienced a barrier under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), you may follow procedures described on the Government of Ontario accessibility portal. For federal accessibility reporting related to applicable sectors, consult Canada.ca accessibility resources. We welcome good-faith collaboration before formal escalation.
